Voice mailbox systems with your personalized company greeting may be designed
for any application. Systems could include menu selections (i.e.-press 1 for sales,
press 2 for customer service, etc.), dialogue boxes,
which give out information,
and/ or voice mailboxes that will take messages. Because of our open architecture design, fax mail, or
fax on demand may be added to any system. Voice mailbox options
include the ability to use a mailing list, where all callers will receive a single
message simultaneously.
With forwarding capability, users can forward a message
to another voice mailbox.
PERSONALIZED VOICE MAIL APPLICATIONS
Personalized voice mailboxes are for individual or company use. Standard single
user systems include a voice mailbox with a 1 1/2 minute outgoing greeting. Callers
will be able to leave a message of the same length of time. Unlimited greetings
and message time systems are also available. Other options include the addition
of a fax telephone number that will allow the user to receive faxes along with their voice messages. Faxes can be picked up by any fax machine worldwide. Voice mail notification
and delivery is available for either system above, by pager or telephone
notification. This system will work with call forwarding, busy transfer, or no answer
transfer services. Local and 800 telephone numbers are also available.

BLENDED VOICE MAIL WITH LIVE OPERATORS
All stand alone and multiple
voice mail box menu systems can be integrated with Lexitel's
live operator receptionist service. Our voice mail divert option will
allow callers to hear a prerecorded message before being routed to a
live operator.
Automating certain services will reduce the need for
operator-assisted calls, which
saves time and money. Integrating voice mail technology and receptionist assisted
technology further provides personalized attention to your callers. Multiple
voice mail boxes can be provided as extensions for office staff, allowing privacy for each
individual.
A
live
operator receptionist is also always available to take emergency
calls and messages, with this program. Customized message templates are available
and can be personalized with day and night recordings, so your office can record
appropriate greetings allowing your callers to know when you are closed, gone to lunch, and gone for the day. Our system also has Caller ID. When this
feature is enabled, we can identify the caller even if they hang up without leaving a message.
