Voice Mailbox Menu System
Our Voice Mailbox Menu System offers your callers your personalized greeting. Systems include menu selections (i.e.-press 1 for sales, press 2 for customer service or press 3 to speak to our receptionist). Notification of all your messages can be sent to your cell phone, PDA, pager or any other alternate number. Calls can also be directly patched through to you. This feature is extremely important for sales and emergency service calls. A copy of all messages can also be emailed via WAV files at predetermined times throughout the day for a $5.00 monthly fee.
$29.99 per billing cycle and includes:
• 1 main mailbox and 2 sub mailboxes
• Voice mailbox notification to cell phone or pager
• Callers can leave messages up to two minutes long
• Each mailbox will hold up to 80 messages
• Saved messages are stored for an additional 4 days
• 100 shared minutes/ $.10 over
• Add additional mailboxes for only $5.00 each
• Callers can speak with an Operator for immediate assistance (optional)
Pre-payment of first, refundable last and $25.00 set-up fee required to initiate service. All voicemail box menu systems can be integrated with Lexitel’s Live Operator Receptionist Service. Our Voicemail Divert option will allow callers to hear a prerecorded message before being routed to a live operator. Automating certain services will reduce the need for operator-assisted calls, which saves time and money.
Integrating voicemail technology and receptionist assisted technology further provides personalized attention to your callers. Multiple voicemail boxes can be provided as extensions for office staff allowing privacy for each individual. A live operator receptionist is also always available to take emergency calls and messages with this program.
Customized message templates are available and can be personalized with day and night recordings so your office can record appropriate greetings allowing your callers to know when you are closed, gone to lunch and gone for the day. Our system also has Caller ID. When this feature is enabled we can identify the caller even if they hang up without leaving a message.
